"Embattled Prime Minister Stephenson King contacted the Embassy to speak with the Ambassador, who was traveling in the region. Speaking with the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM), he indicated that he wanted to send a representative to meet with the DCM and Embassy staff to review two law enforcement issues relating to members of his government whose resolution could have some bearing on the current governing crisis. . . . Jeannine Compton-Rambally, traveled to Bridgetown later that day to meet with the DCM and mission staff.
Cutting to the chase, Compton asked what information the U.S. might have on Bousquet's convictions in the United States and what Post knew concerning ongoing investigations against Frederick. She noted that the Prime Minister was seeking this background to be better able to determine how to handle their threats to leave the party. . . . Post also advised Compton that convictions are public information that could be accessed through a private investigator or private attorney.
Concerning Frederick, Post shared its understanding that additional evidence concerning the customs case against Frederick is with CBP Miami and is awaiting clearances within the GOSL for the Comptroller of Customs to travel and receive the incriminating information. . . . The countdown has finally started. HTS NEWS reported that Richard Frederick’s visitor and diplomatic visas have been revoked by the US government. He now joins “DUDUS” COKE and RUFUS BOUSQUET on the dreaded US BLACK LIST. Rufus was declared persona non-grata – that is, he is serving permanent ineligibility ban.
The US action may well signal the beginning of things to come! It may well signal the preliminary clearance for the commencement of the “process of indictment” against the Minister in the pursuit of the criminal allegations leveled against him that are reported by Wikileaks.
Contrary to the discrediting of Wikileaks by Rick Wayne, Janine has come out to admit that the Prime Minister did dispatch her to the US Embassy in Bridgetown as reported by Wikileaks. She further disclosed that she did return with advice from the embassy to the PM on how to deal with Richard and Bousquet; apparently, the PM did not heed that advice. Instead, he took his advice from Rick Rayne and company who persuaded him to retain Richard and rehire Bousquet into Cabinet.
St. Lucia is now the victim of bad regional and international press.
